Common use of Representative of Consultant Clause in Contracts

Representative of Consultant. The Consultant Representative is authorized to act on Consultant’s behalf with respect to the work or services specified herein and to make all decisions in connection therewith. It is expressly understood that the experience, knowledge, capability and reputation of the representative was a substantial inducement for City to enter into this Agreement.
