Common use of Representative of Contractor Clause in Contracts

Representative of Contractor. Contractor shall, at all times during the normal work week, designate or appoint, one or more Project Managers who are authorized to act on behalf of Contractor regarding all matters involving the conduct of the performance pursuant to this Contract and Project, and shall keep the County Project Manager continually advised of such designation.
