Representative Requirements Clause Samples

The Representative Requirements clause sets out the qualifications, duties, and standards that individuals or entities acting as representatives must meet under the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines criteria such as necessary licenses, experience, or authority, and may require representatives to act in accordance with specific policies or codes of conduct. Its core function is to ensure that only suitable and properly authorized representatives are involved, thereby reducing the risk of misrepresentation or non-compliance.
