Representatives and Notices. All notices required to be given hereunder shall be in writing to the parties' representatives at the addresses set forth below. Notice shall be considered delivered and effective three (3) working days after mailing when sent by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested. Notice shall be deemed given on the date of service if personally served or sent by a reputable overnight messenger service or on the date of telecopying, if telecopied, provided that a copy of the telecopy is also sent by United States mail.
