Common use of Representatives of Parties Clause in Contracts

Representatives of Parties. (a) Landlord has initially designated ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ as its sole representative with respect to the matters set forth in this Workletter, who, until further notice to Tenant, shall have full authority and responsibility to act on behalf of Landlord as required in this Workletter. Landlord shall have the right to replace its representative at any time.
