Representatives of the. TEBA and the Association shall meet to discuss the request for carriage within ten (10) operational days of receiving a written request.
Representatives of the. Contracting Parties shall, whenever necessary, hold consultations on any matter affecting the implementation of this Agreement. These consultations shall be held, on the proposal of either Contracting Party, at a place and a time to be agreed upon through diplomatic channels.
Representatives of the. TEBA shall provide a decision to the Association as to whether or not they will take carriage of the grievance. 15.16.3. In the event that TEBA assumes carriage over a grievance process as per Article 15.16.
Representatives of the. Contracting Parties named in the preamble to the present Treaty shall meet at the City of Canberra within two months after the date of entry into force of the Treaty, and thereafter at suitable intervals and places, for the purpose of exchanging information, consulting together on matters of common interest pertaining to Antarctica, and formulating and considering, and recommending to their Governments, measures in furtherance of the principles and objectives of the Treaty, including measures regarding: a) use of Antarctica for peaceful purposes only; b) facilitation of scientific research in Antarctica; c) facilitation of international scientific cooperation in Antarctica; d) facilitation of the exercise of the rights of inspection provided for in Article VII of the Treaty; e) questions relating to the exercise of jurisdiction in Antarctica; f) preservation and conservation of living resources in Antarctica.
Representatives of the. Administration shall meet with Union representatives at mutually agreed-upon times to discuss matters of mutual concern including, but not limited to, program planning. Such meetings shall not be for the purpose of discussing particular grievance cases or for the purpose of formally conducting negotiations on any subject. The party requesting the meeting shall submit a written agenda in advance of the meeting.
Representatives of the. Air Force shall be authorized to make visits to the institution, both announced and unannounced, to evaluate the AFJROTC program, and enforce compliance with Air Force standards.
Representatives of the. Commission shall participate in the work of the monitoring committee in a monitoring and an advisory capacity.
Representatives of the. Local Union shall have reasonable access to the University's premises for the purposes of administering the Agreement. Any representative of the Local Union must first report and receive the permission of the Personnel Director of the Department of Operation and Maintenance or his duly authorized representative. Such permission shall not be unreasonably denied.
Representatives of the. Navy shall make themselves readily available to the EPA and the VDEQ during the comment period for purposes of informally responding to questions and comments on draft documents. Oral comments made during such discussions need not be the subject of a written response by the Navy at the close of the comment period.
