Common use of Reproduction and Distribution Clause in Contracts

Reproduction and Distribution. City may make, display and distribute, and authorize the making, display and distribution of, photographs and other two-dimensional reproductions. City may use such reproductions for any City-related non-commercial purpose including advertising, educational and promotional materials, brochures, books, flyers, postcards, print, broadcast, film, electronic and multimedia publicity (including but not limited to social media sites), documentation of City’s public art collection, and catalogues or similar publications. City shall ensure that such reproductions are made in a professional tasteful manner. City shall credit Artist for the Artwork upon publication of any two dimensional reproductions of the Artwork.
