Reputation and Goodwill Sample Clauses

The Reputation and Goodwill clause is designed to protect the standing and positive image of a party or both parties involved in an agreement. Typically, it prohibits actions or statements that could harm the reputation, public perception, or business relationships of the other party, such as making disparaging remarks or engaging in conduct that reflects poorly on them. This clause serves to maintain mutual respect and trust, ensuring that neither party's reputation or business goodwill is damaged as a result of the contractual relationship.
