REQUEST BY THE CUSTOMER Clause Samples

The "Request by the Customer" clause defines the process by which a customer can formally submit requests to the service provider, typically for services, changes, or information. This clause usually outlines the required format, method of submission, and any necessary details that must be included in the request, such as scope or timing. By establishing a clear procedure for customer requests, the clause helps ensure that both parties understand how to initiate and respond to service needs, reducing misunderstandings and streamlining communication.
