Common use of Request for Advance Clause in Contracts

Request for Advance. Subject to the following conditions, the Borrowers may request an Advance to be made by ensuring that the Agent receives a completed Drawdown Notice not later than 11.00 a.m. (CET) 2 Business Days prior to the intended Drawdown Date.
