Common use of Request for Advance Clause in Contracts

Request for Advance. Subject to the following conditions, the Borrower may request an Advance to be made by ensuring that the Agent receives a completed Drawdown Notice not later than 11.00 a.m. (London time) 3 Business Days prior to the intended Drawdown Date or such shorter period as the Agent and the Borrower mutually agree.
