Request for Change Order. 7.12.7.1 The Contractor may initiate a change in the Work by submitting written notice to the A/E accompanied by a Proposal. The A/E shall promptly evaluate the Request for Change Order and submit a written recommendation to the Contracting Authority and the Owner. 7.12.7.2 If the Project is administered using the State’s web-based project management software, the A/E shall respond to the Contractor’s Request for Change Order using the “Change Order” or “Contract Modifications” business process.
