Common use of Request for Change Order Clause in Contracts

Request for Change Order. 7.3.2.1 The DB may initiate a change in the Work by submitting written notice to the Contracting Authority accompanied by a Proposal as described under Section 7.3.1. 7.3.2.2 If the Project is administered using the State’s web-based project management software, the DB shall initiate its Request for Change Order using the “Change Order” or “Contract Modifications” business process with the “Request for Change Order” workflow.
