Common use of Request for Documents Clause in Contracts

Request for Documents. The inspector requires documentation in the form of a seller’s disclosure statement for resale homes and a full set of construction drawings (plans) for new construction or remodeling project inspections. It is the client’s responsibility to provide these documents prior to the date and time of the inspection.
