Request for Flexible Working Arrangements. 55.1 If the employee‘s request for flexible working arrangements relates to the care of a child: (a) under school age; or (b) under eighteen years of age with a disability; the request must set out, in writing, the details of the change sought and the reasons for that change. 55.2 The manager/supervisor must respond to the request in writing within twenty-one days, providing the reasons for their decision.
