REQUEST FOR INVESTIGATION OR COMPLAINT. If a member has an issue/complaint that DSO staff has not resolved to the member’s satisfaction, then the member may bring the issue/complaint before the board. The member may provide the issue/complaint in writing or the member may choose to present the issue/complaint before the board in person or through a representative. The board shall then consider what, if any, action should be taken on the member’s issue/complaint. The member shall be notified once a board decision has been made.

  • Complaints Investigation The employee who complains of harassment under the provisions of the Human Rights Code must first comply with the Employer’s harassment policy procedures before filing a grievance or human rights complaint.
