Request for Paydown. Lender may, at any time after the initial One (1) month from the Date of Advance make a Repayment Demand to pay down a portion or all of the principal balance of his, her or its Notes. In such event, the Lender shall deliver a ninety (90) days’ prior written notice specifying Requested Repayment Date and the requested repayment amount (“Repayment Amount”). Borrower will acknowledge receipt of such notice pursuant to the provisions of Section 9 hereof. Borrower will process the Repayment Demand in the terms set forth herein.
