The State University of New York College of Oswego (the College) is seeking qualifications for an architectural/engineering (A/E) consultant for a three year term to provide design and construction services to the campus. The term agreement will allow the college to negotiate the scope of services and fees for various capital projects funded by their collective capital programs.
