REQUEST FOR VARIANCE. An Employer seeking a project which exceeds the scope of the Agreement, may request, in writing, a variance from the Site Local Union Business Manager. The Business Manager shall either approve the variance, approve the variance with modifications or deny the variance within two business days of receiving such request. IBEW Local Unions 32, 82, 212, 317, 575, 648, 683, 688 and 1105 and the Central Ohio Chapter of NECA, the Cincinnati Chapter of NECA, and the Western Ohio Chapter of NECA enter into this Agreement in the interest of growing Market Share in the Indiana and Ohio counties listed herein.
