Common use of Request to Disclose Clause in Contracts

Request to Disclose. Where a request is made for permission to disclose confidential information hereunder, a reply thereto will be made within three Business Days after receipt of such request, failing which the party requesting will be entitled as if consent had been given to disclose such information in the limited circumstances specified in such request.
