Common use of Request to Transfer Registration Clause in Contracts

Request to Transfer Registration. Only the Registrant of the Registration and Domain, the authoritative holder, may initiate a request to transfer the Registration from a particular registrar to us (incoming transfer) or from us to another registrar (outgoing transfer). Therefore, you hereby represent that you have the full and complete authority as the holder of the Registration and Domain to initiate any transfer, or as a contact listed on the current Registration, that you have been given full and complete authority by the Registrant to initiate the transfer We at our sole discretion, may require you to provide documentation that proves that the Registrant initiated and/or authorized the transfer request.
