Common use of Requested Information Clause in Contracts

Requested Information. From time to time and promptly upon request of any Bank, such Information regarding the Loan Documents, the Loans, the Letters of Credit or the business, assets, Liabilities, financial condition, results of operations or business prospects of the Borrower and the Subsidiaries as such Bank may request, in each case in form and substance and certified in a manner reasonably satisfactory to the requesting Bank.

Requested Information. From time to time and promptly upon request of the Issuing Bank or any Bank, such Information regarding the Loan Documents, the Loans, the Letters of Credit or the business, assets, Liabilities, financial condition, condition or results of operations or business prospects of the Borrower and the Subsidiaries as the Issuing Bank or such Bank may reasonably request, in each case in form and substance and certified in a manner reasonably satisfactory to the Issuing Bank or the requesting Bank.

Requested Information. From time to time and promptly upon reasonable request of any Bank, such Information regarding the Loan Documents, the Loans, the Letters of Credit Loans or the business, assets, Liabilities, financial condition, results of operations or business prospects of the Borrower and the Subsidiaries as such Bank may request, in each case in form and substance and certified in a manner reasonably satisfactory to the requesting Bank.

From time to time and promptly upon reasonable request of any the Bank, such Information regarding the Borrower Loan Documents, the Loans, the Letters of Credit Loans or the business, assets, Liabilities, financial condition, results of operations or business prospects of any Loan Party as the Borrower and the Subsidiaries as such Bank may reasonably request, in each case in form and substance and certified in a manner reasonably satisfactory to the requesting Bank.

From time to time and promptly upon request of any Bank, such Information regarding the Loan Documents, the Loans, the Letters of Credit Loans or the business, assets, Liabilities, financial condition, results of operations or business prospects of the Borrower Premiere and the Subsidiaries as such Bank through the Administrative Agent may reasonably request, in each case in form and substance and certified in a manner reasonably satisfactory to the requesting Bank.

Requested Information. From time to time and promptly with reasonable promptness upon request of any Bank, such Information regarding the Loan Documents, the Loans, the Letters of Credit Loans or the business, assets, Liabilities, financial condition, results of operations or business prospects of the Borrower and the Restricted Subsidiaries as such Bank may reasonably request, in each case in form and substance and certified in a manner reasonably satisfactory to the requesting Bank.

From time to time and promptly upon request of any Bank, such Information regarding the Loan DocumentsDocuments or the Operative Documents to which the Borrower or any Subsidiary is a party, the Loans, the Letters of Credit Loans or the business, assets, Liabilities, financial condition, results of operations or business prospects of the Borrower and the Subsidiaries as such Bank may reasonably request, in each case in form and substance and certified in a manner reasonably satisfactory to the requesting Bank.
