Common use of Requested Instructions Clause in Contracts

Requested Instructions. If the Custodian and Paying Agent requests instructions from the Company, the Initial Member or the Private Owner, as applicable, with respect to any act, action or failure to act in connection with this Agreement, the Custodian and Paying Agent shall be entitled (without incurring any liability therefor to the Company or any other Person) to refrain from taking such action and continue to refrain from acting unless and until the Custodian and Paying Agent shall have received written instructions from the Company, the Initial Member or the Private Owner, as the case may be.
