(“McLeodUSA”) and the following Alliant Energy legal entities: Wisconsin Power and Light Company (“WPL”), IES Utilities, Inc. (“IESU”) Interstate Power Company (“IPC”) and Alliant Energy Corporate Services, Inc., as agent for other Alliant Energy Companies. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in the Agreement.
