Requesting and Receiving Service Sample Clauses

The 'Requesting and Receiving Service' clause defines the procedures and requirements for how a party may request services from the provider and how those services will be delivered. Typically, this clause outlines the steps for submitting service requests, any necessary approvals, and the expected timelines for fulfillment. For example, it may specify that requests must be made in writing or through a designated portal, and that the provider will confirm receipt and provide an estimated completion date. The core function of this clause is to establish a clear, consistent process for initiating and managing service delivery, thereby reducing misunderstandings and ensuring both parties know their responsibilities.
