Requests for Compensation. If requested by the Borrower Parties in connection with any demand for payment pursuant to this Section 4, a Lender shall provide to the Borrower Parties, with a copy to the Administrative Agent, a certificate setting forth in reasonable detail the basis for such demand, the amount required to be paid by the Borrower Parties to such Lender and the computations made by such Lender to determine such amount, such certificate to be conclusive and binding in the absence of manifest error. Any such amount payable by the Borrower Parties shall not be duplicative of any amounts (a) previously paid under this Section 4, or (b) included in the calculation of the SOFR Rate.
