Common use of Requests for Copies Clause in Contracts

Requests for Copies. Within 3 days of receipt of any written or verbal request by Bank and SPS, Merchant shall provide either the actual paper Sales Draft, Credit Voucher and/or Debit Card Sales or a legible copy thereof (in size comparable to the actual voucher or draft ) and any other documentary evidence available to Merchant and reasonably requested by Bank or SPS to meet Bank’s obligations under law (including its obligations under the Fair Credit Billing Act) or otherwise to respond to questions concerning Cardholder accounts.
