Requests for Credit Extensions. Requests for Credit Extensions may be made by one or more Borrowers, and the Administrative Agent and the Lenders are authorized to honor and rely upon any such request or any instructions received from any Responsible Officer of any such Borrower. It is expressly agreed and understood by each Borrower that the Administrative Agent, the L/C Issuers and the Lenders shall have no responsibility to inquire into the apportionment, allocation or disposition of any Loans or Letters of Credit made to any Borrower. Except as otherwise provided in the Assumption Agreement executed by an additional Borrower upon its becoming a “Borrower” pursuant to Section 2.19 after the Closing Date, the Obligations incurred by the Borrowers are the joint and several obligation of each of them, notwithstanding the crediting of any Loan or Letter of Credit to the account of a particular Borrower.
