Requests for Reclassification. ‌ When (1) a permanent employee, (2) the Food Services Director, or (3) the union, feels that an employee is incorrectly classified, a request for a classification review may be submitted to the employer. The review will be carried out, the above parties notified, and any adjustment will be retroactive to the first of the month closest to the date the request for review was received by the employer. Notwithstanding the above, no incumbent will have a reduction in salary rate as a result of this process.
