Common use of Requests for Records Clause in Contracts

Requests for Records. Customer shall reimburse Spōk for any costs it incurs in responding to any request from a third party for records or information relating to Customer’s account(s) or an Authorized User’s use of the Service, subject to any limitations imposed by applicable laws. Such requests can include a lawful search warrant, court order, subpoena, other valid legal order, or written consent from the Authorized User permitting the disclosure.
