Requests for Review of Classification. If a job has substantially changed so as to require a higher level of skill, knowledge and ability, the Union can request the Employer to reevaluate the salary range assigned to the job classification. Such requests will be submitted in writing to Human Resources, and the Employer will meet and confer with the Union over the proposed reassignment within thirty (30) days of receipt of the request. The Employer will notify the Union, in writing, of its decision and rationale.
