Common use of Requests for Review Clause in Contracts

Requests for Review. When an employee feels the workload, when balanced over a reasonable period of time, is significantly greater than it should be, the employee may discuss the matter with his/her supervisor in the presence of a ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or designated Union Representative. If the matter is not resolved, the employee may request the Union to address the issue at a joint Union- Management Committee meeting at which the employee and the supervisor shall be present.
