Requests to Meet. Meeting requests shall be either verbal or written. Such requests shall be directed to each member of the negotiating teams. A mutually convenient meeting date shall be held within fifteen days of the date of the request and either written or verbal notice shall be given to each member of both teams at least three days prior to the meeting date.
