Requests to the Agent. Whenever the Agent is authorized and empowered hereunder on behalf of the Banks to give any approval or consent, or to make any request, or to take any other action on behalf of the Banks, the Agent shall be required to give such approval or consent, or to make such request or to take such other action only when so requested in writing by the Majority Banks subject, however, to the provisions of paragraph 13.
