Common use of Required Amount Clause in Contracts

Required Amount. With respect to each Distribution Date, on the related Determination Date, the Servicer shall determine the amount (the "Required Amount"), if any, by which (x) the sum of the amounts required pursuant to subsections 4.05(a)(i), (ii) and (iii) for such Distribution Date exceeds (y) the Series 1999-3 Allocable Finance Charge Collections for such Distribution Date. In the event that the difference between (x) the Required Amount for such Distribution Date and (y) the amount of Excess Spread and Excess Finance Charge Collections allocated to Series 1999-3 applied with respect thereto pursuant to Section 4.07(a) on such Distribution Date is greater than zero, the Servicer shall give written notice to the Trustee of such positive Required Amount on the date of computation.
