Common use of Required Coverage Clause in Contracts

Required Coverage. The City shall be an Additional Insured under this Contract, and all policies, except Professional Liability and Worker's Compensation, shall explicitly name the City as an Additional Insured. The City shall enjoy the same coverage as the Named Insured without regard to other Contract provisions. Contactor waives any claim or right of subrogation to recover against the City, its officers, agents, or employees, and each of Contractor’s insurance policies except professional liability must contain coverage waiving such claim.
