Required Maintenance. All stormwater structural control facilities will be maintained, at a minimum, according to the guidelines and procedures provided in Volume 2 of the Georgia Stormwater Management Manual. In general, the City is responsible for maintenance of all stormwater infrastructure located on public property and in the right of way.
