Common use of Required Maintenance Clause in Contracts

Required Maintenance. Cohere reserves the right to perform maintenance on or upgrade its network, its infrastructure, the Website, the Service and/or Equipment, and Customer’s Account, without prior notice or liability, even if such actions cause a partial or full disruption of the Service; provided, however, and subject to Cohere’s business needs, Cohere will use commercially reasonable efforts to perform maintenance on and upgrades to its network and the Service in a man- ner so as to avoid unduly interfering with Customer’s use of the Ser- vice. Cohere may, in its sole discretion, add, change or delete features of the Website, features or functionality of the Service and Equipment, or features of Customer’s Account.
