- Required Occurrences. At the time of closing if not otherwise specified below, unless such period is extended by written notice of the Owner, this Agreement and the undertakings of Contractor or the Owner shall, at the election of Contractor (as to subparagraph (f) below only) or the Owner (as to subparagraphs (a) through (f) below), as the case may be, be contingent upon the occurrence of each of the following contingencies:
