Common use of Required Percentage Clause in Contracts

Required Percentage. Unless otherwise provided herein, fifty percent (50%) of the Principal Members shall constitute a quorum to take decisions at a General Meeting of Members. Each Member shall be represented either by its main Representative or by one (1) alternate Representative, whose names shall be notified to the Chairman of the Board of Directors, the General Secretary or the Secretary of the Association.
