Common use of Required Services and Uses Clause in Contracts

Required Services and Uses. County's primary purpose for entering into this Lease is to promote the development of the Initial Improvements consistent with this Lease. In furtherance of that purpose, Tenant shall cause Contractor to construct the Initial Improvements during the Term in a manner consistent with the Laws, and other uses which are in compliance with applicable Laws and approved by the Chief Real Estate Officer in writing from time to time (the "Permitted Uses").

Required Services and Uses. County's ’s primary purpose for entering into this Lease is to promote the development of the Initial Improvements consistent with this Lease. In furtherance of that purpose, Tenant shall cause Contractor to construct the Initial Improvements and during the entire Term operate and maintain the Improvements in a manner consistent with the Laws, Laws and for one or more of the following uses (the “Permitted Uses”): (d) and/or (e) other uses which are in compliance with applicable Laws and approved by the Chief Real Estate Officer in writing from time to time (the "Permitted Uses")time.
