Required Signage. The Company agrees to post clear and visible signage inside the Facility which establishes that adult-use marijuana is not legal in all states and that it may be illegal to transport marijuana or cannabis infused products outside of Massachusetts.

Licensee shall place one identification plate in size, material, form, and substance strictly complying with the Approved Plans on its Equipment at each Pole Location. The plate shall include Licensee’s corporate name and the telephone number at which Licensee’s on-call representative listed in the Basic License Information can be reached. If Licensee’s on- call representative changes, Licensee must provide notice to the SFPUC of the new contact information and replace the identification plates. Licensee may also place signage on Licensee’s Equipment that contains information and disclosures required by the Federal Communications Commission (the “FCC”). Replacement of Licensee’s signage will be considered maintenance subject to Section 11.5 (Licensee’s Equipment).

Required Signage. Cadiz RE will, at its sole cost and expense, furnish, install and maintain signs or markers showing the locations, depth and direction of the underground portions of the Facilities.

Required Signage. In cooperation with Ivins, Washington County will be allowed to place signage at the Project site with the Greater Zion and/or Washington County logos, such signage will contain language acknowledging the use of TRT funds.

Except for the signage to be provided by Republic, Contractor shall be responsible for providing all on-site signage necessary to safely and efficiently direct traffic from the scale houses to the material unloading areas of the Transfer Stations.
