Requirement for Security. The Customer is responsible for their network security and protecting systems from illegal access. The Company is not in any way responsible for the integrity of the customer’s network, unless the network is negligently or deliberately tampered with by the Company or any Company personnel or contractors. Attempts to access the Customer’s networks by outside parties are not the responsibility of the Company and the Company assumes no liability in such an event.
