Requirement for Statutory Declaration. The City may, from time to time request the Owner to provide written proof of compliance with this Agreement, and such Owner agrees to provide, or cause an operator of the Lands to provide the City with such proof in a form reasonably satisfactory to the City, including as a declaration made under oath.
