Requirement to Construct and Maintain a Pole and Anchor. Nothing contained herein shall be construed to compel the Licensor to construct, reconstruct, retain, extend, repair, place, replace or maintain any Pole or Anchor or other facility not needed for the Licensor’s own service requirements, except as provided in Article IV (3. b. (2)) and Article IV (5. d.).
