Common use of Requirements and Effect of Termination Clause in Contracts

Requirements and Effect of Termination. In the event of the termination and abandonment of this Agreement by any party to this Agreement, pursuant to Section 11.1, written notice thereof shall forthwith be given to the other parties to this Agreement. Notwithstanding any such termination: (i) the provisions of Sections 13.7, 13.9, 13.10 and 13.11 hereof shall continue in full force and effect; and (ii) nothing herein shall relieve any party from liability for any willful breach hereof.

Requirements and Effect of Termination. In the event of the termination and abandonment of this Agreement by any party to this Agreement, pursuant to Section 11.112.1, written notice thereof shall forthwith be given to the other parties to this Agreement. Notwithstanding any such termination: , (i) the provisions of Sections 13.714.6, 13.9, 13.10 14.9 and 13.11 14.10 hereof shall continue in full force and effect; , and (ii) nothing herein shall relieve any party from liability for any willful breach hereof.
