Requirements and Terms. To be eligible for the benefits of this agreement, Bristol students must: A. Not have been subject to any disciplinary action at Bristol; B. Meet the same general and program-specific admissions requirements as all other students applying to BSC; C. Complete a minimum of 31 credits at BSC (BSC will accept up to 90 transfer credits) in order to complete the bachelor’s degree in Bay State College’s Criminal Justice/Digital Forensics and Cyber Security. ▇. ▇▇▇▇ earned a final grade of “C-“ (1.7 on a 4.0 scale) or better in any class that is to be considered for transfer of credit to BSC; E. Meet all listed requirements for the relevant bachelor’s degree at BSC, as detailed in the program- specific flow sheets and advising guides developed jointly between BSC and Bristol; F. Comply with all College and individual program requirements, policies, and procedures that are in effect at the time of enrollment; ▇. ▇▇▇▇ receive equal consideration with others seeking financial aid and BSC scholarships if they qualify; H. Communicate any curriculum changes and policies which affect the agreed upon relationship. Both parties reserve the right to amend or revise, by mutual consent and in writing, this agreement, or to change curriculum, whenever feasible; I. Review this agreement every year and adjust or amend this agreement, as deemed appropriate, to maintain the integrity of each institution as well as for the improvement of the transfer process and student articulation; J. Communicate to their respective populations of the established relationships, which may include informational sessions on the campus of Bristol; ▇. Notify the other party, in writing and at any time, if they want to terminate this agreement. Should the agreement be terminated, any Bristol student who has enrolled through this articulation program prior to termination will be allowed to complete the program within a five-year period consistent with all policies and procedures of BSC; L. Allow the other party to enter into similar agreements with other institutions of higher education.
