Requirements for All Alterations. In addition to, and not in lieu of, conditions imposed by the Port pursuant other Sections of this Lease, any alterations or improvements permitted by the Port shall be performed: (i) in a good and workmanlike manner; (ii) in compliance with all Legal Requirements; and (iii) in a manner which will not unreasonably interfere with or disturb other tenants of the Port.
