Common use of Requirements for Handling Clause in Contracts

Requirements for Handling. Neither Tenant nor its Agents or Invitees, shall Handle in, on or about the Premises any Hazardous Material without the prior written consent of Port, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld so long as Tenant demonstrates to Port's reasonable satisfaction that such Hazardous Material is necessary to Tenant's business, WILL be Handled in a manner which strictly complies with all Environmental Laws and will not materially increase the risk of fire or other casualty to the Premises. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Tenant may Handle on the Premises janitorial or office supplies or materials in such limited amounts as are customarily used for general office purposes so long as such Handling is at all times in full compliance with all Environmental Laws.

Neither Tenant Management Contractor nor its Agents or Invitees, shall Handle in, on or about the Premises Facility any Hazardous Material without the prior written consent of Port, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld so long as Tenant Management Contractor demonstrates to Port's ’s reasonable satisfaction that such Hazardous Material is necessary to Tenant's Management Contractor’s business, WILL will be Handled handled in a manner which strictly complies with all Environmental Laws and will not materially increase the risk of fire or other casualty to the PremisesFacility. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Tenant Management Contractor may Handle handle on the Premises Facility janitorial or office supplies or materials in such limited amounts as are customarily used for general office purposes so long as such Handling handling is at all times in full compliance with all Environmental Laws.
