Requirements of the Act Sample Clauses

The 'Requirements of the Act' clause defines the obligation for parties to comply with all relevant statutory requirements as set out by applicable legislation. In practice, this means that any actions, processes, or deliverables under the agreement must adhere to the standards and procedures mandated by law, such as safety regulations, reporting duties, or licensing requirements. This clause ensures that the contract remains legally compliant and helps prevent breaches that could result in penalties or invalidation of the agreement.

The Issuer shall grant that approval only after it determines that the terms and conditions of the syndication (1) shall not reduce or limit any of the requirements of the Act or regulations adopted or documents executed pursuant to the Act, (2) shall not cause any of the requirements in this Agreement to be subordinated to the syndication agreement, or (3) shall not result in the provision of fewer assisted units, or the reduction of any benefits or services, than were in existence prior to the syndication agreement.
